<p>Well if that’s important to you, then ok whatever. I don’t know why you would go to a school just cause the name sounds good to random people when it seems like you’d rather go to UCSD. But also, why couldn’t you just switch into communications there? Is it impacted? I wouldn’t think so. I don’t see how applying for communications would have lowered your chances of getting accepted either, but seriously, do whatever you want. My suggestion, don’t pick a place for a name. Pick the place where you want to be for 4 years.</p>
