<p>AdmissionsDaniel, I know that both Cornell and Columbia award points for an A+. For example, an A+ at Columbia is a 4.3333 (yes, four decimal places) so it is possible to have above a 4.0.</p>

<p>I was not aware that Brown did not give +/-'s.</p>
