Dining Schedule...

Alright…

To answer the first question, I’m pretty sure that they’ll be having meal equivalency again this year. This means that if you miss breakfast, you get a certain amount of money towards lunch that day. If you miss both breakfast and lunch, you’re out of luck.

Accionara, check your bursar bill on ACES. It should say how much your dining plan costs. If I remember correctly, the smallest amount is 540. It’ll say “dining plan __” and then have an amount. That’s how many food points you get for the semester. Think of one food point as one dollar, because that’s what it’s equivalent to. Food points and FLEX are accessed via your DukeCards. I found 540 to be enough, while I had friends who had to add on food points every other week.

And gym entrance is granted via DukeCard as well (so you can see that the DukeCard will be your most prized possession around campus for the next four years).
