<p>Ahhh… Ever heard “fusion music”? It is just as bad as some “fusion cuisine”, e.g., bacon lattkes! When the band palying at our favorite “watering hole” started singing their rap version of Staying Alive, DH said, “Wow, they are telling us to go home”. LOL!</p>
<p>I have a lot of disco on my Ipod because it is really good for working out. I considered myself " death before disco " back in the day , so I can’t quite explain how I know all the words to the songs 
Even though I didn’t care for disco music back then , I can appreciate that there were actual musical instruments used instead of whatever-the -heck is used in rap now.</p>
<p>Grinnell just had its annual Disco party. The students seem to love it and lots of alum return for it.</p>
