Hello, no need to be sad! But you are very correct, this isn’t the right way to look at the process, and everyone here has done a great job of making me realize that. I am reminded of the quote, “Comparison is the thief of joy.” A lot of this process involves comparing yourself to others and it absolutely has that effect.
