I’ll be there! I’m not quite sure what to expect though. I don’t consider myself to be very diverse, but maybe they needed to fill the “white, non-Mormon kid from Utah” niche with somebody. I’m excited! Is there anybody else from out west here other than @ReachTheTop from Montana?

I graduated Lehigh and am actively involved in alumni affairs, over 50. I went to Lehigh and was certainly not rich, a very modest background. Lehigh, even today, does not fit the stereotype I see on some of these college sites. My D has applied there RD but will attend another school. If you are a diversity student, do not worry about attending Lehigh- you will be as welcome and happy as long as you get involved. We had African American and Hispanic students actively involved in Greek life even 30 years ago. good luck!

Received my official acceptance/aid package today. So excited =)

Pestina18 -What part of the country are you from? Just trying to find out when to expect the package

I’m from New Jersey, only about an hour and a half from Lehigh. So I bet yours will come soon!

Was anyone else invited to the Eckardt Scholars luncheon? It takes place on Saturday the 13th, on Candidate’s Day.

Pestina18- Congratulations on the Eckardt invite! My son is an Eckardt Scholar so let me know if you have ny questions!
