<p>the only time I have ever talked to another man in the bathroom is when my Drill Instructors let the entire deck go at the same time after standing at attention staring staright ahead for 2 hours. It was the only time we could socialize, and it lasted 30 seconds.</p>
<p>But if you don’t have those extreme situations, which is very likely at a civilian school, than no, men do not say hi to one another in the head</p>
