Who told you this?
If your grade was an A, and an A is on your transcript, then colleges see an A. Your school profile will say 90-100= A (I assume), so they know you got somewhere between 90 and 100.
If percentages aren’t there, they don’t see them. And I suspect they will be barely glanced at even if they are.
