Do colleges look at sat scores for one year transfers?

No, UC’s do not consider your HS record or SAT/ACT test scores in their transfer evaluation. For the CSU’s, they will consider your HS course record but test scores if you are trying for a lower division transfer (not available for most CSU campuses)

UC’s and CSU’s do not usually accept 1 year transfers (rare exceptions).
They accept Junior level transfers with minimum 60 semester/90 quarter units so will you have the minimum credits completed by end of Spring 2019 along with all major and GE requirements?
