<p>I like the short file cabinet idea. </p>
<p>I wish my S had his housing assignment now., It’s hard to get into full swing without knowing where/how he’ll live (3 bedroom with a kitchen and LR? / Single room? / double with bunk beds?). The options vary so much.</p>
<p>Got the 2 drawer metal locking file cabinet at Staples - they have them at Wally World/Target - actually just about anywhere - not expensive but very useful item!!! Also good to put them fridge magnets and pics on too lol. Both DD and roomie got one - put them together for a bit for printer/stereo etc… and also stacked them so upper bunk had a side table for radio/clock/lamp - worked great for upper bunk - fit right behind the bunk - lots of good uses and takes up very little space - and pretty awkward to steal also.</p>
<p>Used one drawer for valuables - computer/jewelry/dvd player, etc… and other drawer for important papers with file folders and stuff like that - no worries about things taking a walk when no one home. Put a pretty scarf over it and poof - it disappears into the room</p>
