My son got $22,000 a year for the four years, so $88,000 if he decides to go there. He is from California, so that may influence things, too. It was a presidential scholarship and accepted to the honors program. He has went to private school, Eagle Scout with tons of leadership, Black Belt first degree, tons of other very continuous, long-term extra-curriculars. GPA about 3.7 (unweighted), 760 CR, 650 writing, 540 math, 760 history, has taken 7 difficult courses for all four years at private school, so not a lot of AP’s (they don’t put much credence in them–feel their honors seminar courses are much more valuable).
