<p>I personally think that you have a good chance if you write about your struggles / background in your essay. I can’t say that you have a certain percent chance etc. but definitely you portray yourself as a remarkable individual. Just keep working hard on your grades / extracurriculars, and make yourself an individual from the mass of applicants. Try your best to raise your scores a little more, and gain strong scores.
