Do I have a chance of getting into an Ivy League University?

MY bad…I was looking at the bottom with the last 3 SAT scores. International is harder, but if there are few applicants, sometimes they will accept a lower qualified student to expand their “brand”.

Ivies are private for the most part, thus they can determine their make-up compared to a state university.

I would say that the OP has a chance as an international student at “public” ivies because of being international, and Public Ivies, such as UVA, UNCCH, UMich, UIC, are still not on the level as Harvard, Yale, Princeton. You pay almost as much, but one thing they will look for within their international students is diversity. Again it is about spreading the wealth and “branding”. Public universities like to say we have X amount of students from X amount of countries.
