I would say so as long as you retake ACT or take SAT for higher scores. You also need some subject tests with high scores for these programs. Of course, nothing is guaranteed.

As an Indian male, your stats are low for BS/MD programs. You shoukd improve your stats. You can always take the regular route after UG.
