It uses SAT scores, but conversion concordances are available online to help you put this in perspective. Keep in mind that OOS admissions are more difficult. You can google the common data set to see what aspects of the application get the most weight as reported by VT. Make sure you are looking at the latest available report (ie 2009-2010 vs 2002-2003).</p>
