I wouldn’t worry about it until after being admitted, and it will depend on the specific school. But even if they request them to validate your application, it’s highly unlikely they are going to force you to take advanced placement.
My D and several classmates took both intro Calc and Physics at their T10 engineering school, despite having taken Calc BC and Physics C - many folks warned them that AP courses weren’t really equivalent. And they weren’t.
