For priority get it in by Nov 30. This new extension sucks. In the fine print it says some majors may fill up in advance.
In terms of TAG it won’t matter, but sometimes you get kicked out of TAG for an inadvertent ommission, etc. Always keep your eye on all the UCs to which you applied.
