Good news: you don’t!

Bad news: You will still have to find three classes to fulfill your Science and Engineering (SciEng) GEs, and like cutie said, AP scores can only be used to bypass prereqs, not GE requirements.

Good news again: The obvious options are math and science, but thankfully, Davis offers classes in more interesting subjects, e.g. Science and Society (okay, it sounds boring, but the classes under this major aren’t too bad and covers multiple GEs pretty well. One of my friends took Water in Popular Culture; they watched movies in class and wrote summaries as homework); Nutrition; Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior; Animal Science; and Food Science & Technology.

You’ll have to fulfill your Arts and Humanities (ArtHum) and Writing (WRT) GEs in the same way. No need for Social Sciences (SocSci) because your major is under that category.
There is an English Composition and a Social Diversity (but only for one class) requirement as well. You’ll go over all of this stuff in orientation though.
