<p>They will be upset if you call for your points after you got accepted. This is mostly because they (this is a rumor) throw your application into the “accepted” pile right when you pass the cutoff. As for those who got rejected, they are willing to tell you the points. UCSD has a very dedicated admissions department.</p>
