If you are hoping to get a LOT of grant money from UNLV as a transfer student…the answer is likely NO…this isn’t likely to happen.
And NO you can’t get instate residency for tuition purposes because you live with your aunt…so put that idea right out of your head.
You will likely be paying the full out of state tuition amount. You will be eligible for the Direct Loan. $6500 for second year…$7500 for third year.
What is the matter with a UC or Cal State? Is there one within commuting distance of your home?
