<p>Thanks so much for the reply. You were indeed correct, I overstated the OOS cost.</p>
<p>It seems that I missed the GPA requirement by 0.20, as a 3.6 is necessary for the scholarship you mentioned.</p>
<p>In any event, considering the other acceptances I’ve received it does not seem like the family tradition will continue even if I do receive the award you mentioned.</p>
<p>What the devil has happened to tuition costs in this country, and why? A critical issue that I discussed in my application essay for other schools.</p>
