Do the "average" SAT/ACT scores that colleges advertise in their admissions materials reflect Superscoring if the college itself accepts Superscores?

Very little if test-optional - as they only represent whatever (small) percentage of admitted students, who felt their scores were at least average, or clearly above, compared to the previous year.

If the ranges are coming from the CDS, they are for enrolled students.

I agree with the rest of your points re: how little we can glean from this info at some schools.
