@newjerseygirl98: I would still take a look at the other campuses besides CSULA that offer Social work. Many are in nicer areas and may be less expensive for housing than the LA area such as Cal Poly Pomona and Northridge. Both within 20-30 mins from downtown LA. If you plan to get a car, then the distance should not be an issue but unfortunately the traffic will be a problem.
