<p>Stanford has said that the typical range of accepted students is 3.6 to 4.0; I’ve read that the average is 3.8-3.9. The common data set gives stats on the % students in different GPA ranges; see section C11 here:</p>

<p>I had a few Bs in high school. I think most accepted students had some Bs.</p>
