H has an e-bike and I just bought Zizzo Campo folding bike (not e-bike) to fit inside the back of our camper. It’s 30 lbs but compact when lifted. I rode it around and learned how to fold and unfold it. I am short so it fits me. Not sure it would work with a tall person. For $300 so far so good.
