Do you select a minor as a transfer student?

<p>I emailed the Berkeley transfer advisor that usually answers my questions, and this is what she had to say in regards to adding a minor at Cal:</p>

Not all of the departments at UCB offer minors, but if you want to minor
in a discipline, you have to complete the same pre-requisites as you would
for the major before you can do the minor. Since each department has its
own way of doing things, here is a link to the College of Letters and
Science website about minors, you should find the answers to your
