<p>There is nothing to send “in”. (well, I guess you can return the bottom part, but filling the info “on-line” is much easier).</p>
<p>They are expecting you to make the appointments and go to the DODMERB website to enter the information within 5 days of receiving the notice.</p>

<p>From what I have read, candidates started getting them last week (my son got his last Wednesday) so yes, you are in the first wave.</p>
