<p>It’s theoretically possible, but that would only happen in a ridiculously difficult year. The only time it’s happened (and also the year that, I believe, brought on the 5% rule) was in 2001, when the cutoff was 84. Don’t plan on a lowered cutoff, ever.</p>
<p>And yes, you should wait to discuss the test until at least tomorrow.</p>
