<p>It really depends. Take for example if you had an A in a five unit course (20 points), but an A- in a one unit course (3.7 points). Combine those two (20+3.7) and divide by the total number of units (5+1) and you’d get 23.7/6 = 3.95. So essentially, the higher the amount of units the course is, the more it’s going to affect your GPA.</p>
