<p>In fact, although I submitted my application on Oct 9th, my application was not complete. When I sent my material, I didn’t have any test score. I took Oct ACT which was my first. On Nov 17th, Brown told me that they got my score. It is true that Brown will not read my application until my application material is complete.</p>
