Does anyone have an EZ tasty hollandaise recipe? or a good ready-made brand that can be purchased?

If you have an immersion blender, I found this easy recipe:
<a href=“Quick Immersion Blender Hollandaise Recipe”>http://www.seriouseats.com/recipes/2013/04/foolproof-2-minute-hollandaise-recipe.html</a></p>

Find a cup that just fits the head of the immersion blender. Put an egg yolk, a teaspoon of lemon juice and a teaspoon of water in the cup. Melt the butter, making sure it’s good and hot. Stick the blender in the cup and turn it on. Slowly pour the butter into the cup with the blender running. Season to taste with salt and maybe some cayenne or hot sauce. Should take about 2 minutes.

No fancy blender, double boiler here. Barely melt a stick of butter in a saucepan over low heat. Temper two egg yolks with a bit of the warm butter ( not hot! That will scramble the eggs). Gradually add eggs to remaining butter. Add a lot of lemon juice. Continue to warm over low heat until thick. So. Unbelievably. Sinful.

The Trader Joe’s stuff is good right out of the container (heated).

We use Knorr (usually for Mother’s Day, when DH fusses). Maybe next time we will try one of these recipes. Or TJ.

I promise you’ll never go back, @colorado_mom‌ ! My mouth is watering just thinking about the buttery, lemony goodness. Putting it over broccoli makes it “healthy”, right?
