<p>I know UPenn has at least a couple: the Benjamin Franklin Scholars Program and the Joseph Wharton Scholars Program. They mainly involve taking extra seminars or doing outside research. There is no “Honors College”, however. I think the entire school itself, like all the other Ivies, is an “Honor College” to begin with.</p>
