St Thomas - I checked the NPC. They didn’t even ask for the test. The merit changed from a 2.5 to a 3.2 to a 4.0. Merit went from 24 to 25 to 30k.
Looked at Morris. Their links don’t work but it mentioned criteria and didn’t show test.
