The thing is I have heard US Universities prefer international school students. I didnt have a choice in the matter actually as was put into a CBSE School. I tried to make it up with taking challening Engineering Prep and Entrance Exam Courses from one if the leading Institutes in India only after I received maximum merit scholarship available.
