<p>Stanford does not have a statistics major. It has a mathematics and computational science major which is a combination of math, computer science, and statistics. There is a minor in statistics, though. <p>I do not believe Stanford cares about what you want to major in. However, they do need to know what school you are applying to (Humanities and Sciences, Engineering, or Earth Sciences).</p>
