<p>It sounds as though you blew off your summer school class and now you want the people on CC to tell you not to worry about it. In our school district, health is a required class for graduation and it is included in the gpa. It is also on the transcript (including the grade earned in the class).</p>

<p>The timeframe for taking the class is irrelevant. If you took the class during the academic year and did poorly, your grade stands. If you took the class during the summer and you did poorly, your grade stands. It’s the same course and requirement. The only difference is when you took the class. It is still a part of your academic history.</p>
