<p>I’m not sure that I understand exactly what you’re asking, but if you’re concerned about not being able to submit your recommendations, transcript and other forms online, that’s normal even in the US and not part of the online application. Those things are always mailed in paper form. The online application consists of your information, essays, resume, accomplishments, etc.</p>
