<p>Probably you should read about the application process on the official WP website. Among the basic requirements you have to be between 17 and 23 to apply. Generally, the earliest you would apply is toward the end of your h.s. jr year (around now) and before starting your senior year. You also need to apply for a NOM and those are only given out once a year after all the candidates have applied (many involve interviews but some do not), generally toward the end of the calendar year, there is no way I am aware of to apply ‘early’ to get your NOM.
