Done IB, AP and 1 year of college before dropping out, do I need to disclose my AP and college GPA

Do you need to disclose your AP scores? No. Do you need to disclose your college GPA? Yes. And most likely, you would have to apply as a transfer.

So I can completely ignore the fact that I’ve done high school and AP classes and apply with my IB diploma only?

That’s not what I said. You can ignore your AP exam scores, but you cannot ignore your AP classes/grades (or any previous HS/college coursework).
