Also, her roommate’s parents are not only wealthy, but are making decision to invest in this property, rather than throwing rent money down the drain. Hopefully, when they sell they will get their money back and make a profit for themselves. The maid, cable, etc. in this case is a small price to pay for a NY bargain!</p>
