Double major at Queens (canada)

Queen’s has three types of programs: major, minor, and medial. Major and minor are in the same sense as in the US, but since a double major is infeasible at Queen’s, they have the medial, which has a few less requirements (credits) than a major so that you can do two. I don’t think you can do a major and medial, but you can do either a double medial or a major and minor.

Edit: A major is your program of concentration and can be combined with other types of programs (which you focus on less by not taking as many classes/credits in) such as a medial or minor. A degree is what you earn after completing the requirements for your program(s) of choice and any other general requirements at the university, while maintaining a decent GPA. An Associates, Bachelors, Masters, and Doctorate are all types of degrees. You’ll be earning a Bachelors at Queen’s.
