<p>@xPurplex I received a $12,000 AJ Drexel Scholarship. Yeah, they have an accelerated program that allows you to get a BS and MS in accounting in 5 years, it was an option on the commonapp. I talked to my local representative from Drexel, and she said that the stats for these programs are generally pretty high so idk if mine are a proper representation, but here are my stats anyways!! </p>

<p>SAT: 2040 (CR 680 M 700 W 680)
GPA: 3.53 UW idk what my weighted is
Few extracurriculars, but they were really focused
Also, I was a finalist in an accounting competition for DECA - I think that may have been helpful in getting me into the accelerated program</p>

<p>I’m a music industry applicant deferred from EA1 and anxiously waiting a decision. On my application I put that I wanted to do the 4 year 1 co-op option, but after some research I think I’d really rather do the 5 year 3 co-op. Do you guys think I should email admissions and tell them now or wait until decisions come out? I don’t wanna do anything that might hinder my chances of getting in because Drexel’s my #1 choice lol</p>

<p>@xbaileymarie I’d say wait and see if you’re accepted. Considering you’ll probably find out your decision within the next week or so it might be smarter to just wait it out and see. I’m sure if you’re accepted it wouldn’t be the end of the world to switch. Good luck! I’m a music industry applicant too! </p>

<p>Music industry people unite! Drexel is the last school I’m waiting to hear from and is tied for my first choice. I’ve already been accepted to Northeastern, Butler University, Syracuse, and University of New Haven. </p>
