Dropping my ap chem class after I got accepted to colleges

The class is gonna show up on my transcript as a 59 for the year cause it’s a withdraw failing but I still have 93 Gpa.

Can my colleges rescind my acceptance. I emailed them saying why I had to drop and everything.

Absolutely. Your transcript will reflect that you have failed a core course.
