@Anonymoose3 That’s a great and extremely fulfilling field!! My cousin got into Columbia like 10 years ago and is now doing interesting research abroad and working towards her Ph.D with a large stipend for research purposes. I’m sure you’ll be amazing whatever you choose to do

Environmental Science… do you guys think that Duke looks at majors when deciding who to let in? Like, a psychology major (common) vs. a more uncommon major? Would that affect anything?
I applied for math. Are any fellow prospective math majors into the math competition scene? The NC State Math Contest is coming up soon and they’ll be giving out a full tuition Duke scholarship there.
