@inshm2016 - exactly. So is the education in the US so much better than in Sweden?
@inshm2016 @nonetaken I’m from Norway, so I guess my reason is similar to a Swede’s. In Norway (like in most of Europe) you basically go straight to grad school after high school. For instance one of my classmates is starting medicine this fall and another is starting pursuing her law degree. There is generally very little “flexibility” - you start a degree and if you don’t like it, you have to start from scratch with another one. So I’m applying to the US because I don’t really know what I want to do for the rest of my life just yet, and so the entire “liberal arts” idea is perfect for me. However I love Econ so that or Political Science is my intended major

@nonetaken I think so. I mean, I haven’t been able to visit and so IF I get accepted, I will definitely do that before moving to the other side of the planet haha – but the school seems amazing, and I connected so well with my interviewer as we were very similar, so it seems like a really good match for me

Hey y’all, I was accepted this year ED so I just wanted to let you know that we had kids receiving their letters the day of and for weeks after, so if your mail hasn’t come yet no stress! I know right now is probably the worst and most stressful day of your life bc I practically died in December, but you’ll know in just a few hours and the waiting is totally worth it!
