For ED 2020, decisions were released a few minutes before 7pm. I remember seeing peeps post their decisions on cc at 6:50pm or so.

So I was accepted to Georgetown yesterday and Iām wondering if my chances of getting into Duke are comparable (i.e. Do people who get into one also get into the other?) I know GTownās acceptance rate is higher

@lonewolf3 Each college looks for different people. One cannot compare colleges by acceptance rate alone.

Good luck today everyone!! Duke is my top choice and the last school that Iām waiting to hear from. I know itās unlikely that Iāll get in, but Iāll be very happy if I do. I have other good options to choose from though, and Iām sure youāll all end up at amazing schools no matter what

Admitted students receive a congratulatory letter and welcome packet via US mail. We live in NC and we did not receive it until 3-4 days after my son was admitted online. Could they be sending them out earlier this year?
