We got 3:38 pacific. I think 4: 36 0r 4:38 [ east) is same as 1: 38 pacific time

I still see it with other tax documents, ncp waiver is marked waived. But it was approved 3 days after all the dates of all the other tax documents.
mine was marked waived and then it disappeared
But tbh take this with a grain of salt, it was that way for one of my schools, other ppl only had css on their checklist, but I end up getting waitlisted

Mine got approved like 3 days ago
When did you submit it? It could be a good sign. I don’t think mine meant anything coz it was end of February, decisions were unlikely finalized at that point
