<p>Last I recollect, Cornell requires a LOT of liberal arts,which cuts into graphic design training. Moreover, they aren’t known for grphic design. I do think that they have some program related to game design or digital work which is a combination of engineering and art. The same can be said for University of Pennsylvania.
