Do we think the wait list is done? I haven’t seen any reports of movement in about a week now. Will they send an email to let kids know it’s closed? My kid is excited to attend the school they’re committed to, but would still accept a Duke wait list offer, but I think at this point it’s not happening.
DD received email and text at 6pm last night (July 29) saying Duke reopening waitlist for a few and she is on the list. They asked that she respond with in 24 hours if interested. She said she was interested and received an acceptance letter this morning. Passing along this information for current waitlisted peers and future applicants.

Duke reopened its wait-list yesterday.
Did they let everyone who was on the WL know or only contact people they want to admit?
Not sure. My guess is that only a few on the wait-list were contacted due to limited openings.
