<li>I think being a little too formal will be fine. Sweater sets work fine and t-shirts with suit jackets. I have one suit jacket for which I’ve never actually worn the skirt, but it looks great with black pants.</li>
<li>I wear Merrils or loafers a lot with jeans and khakis, I’d think you could too.</li>
<li>Everywhere I’ve worked you could take a vacation a day at a time if you wanted too, but it’s been a long time since I worked full time anywhere, and I’m my own boss now.</li>

5 and 6. I agree with others, use your own cell phone. Mostly likely they won’t be nearly as rigid about lunch hour calls as they imply.</li>
